Each worker signs in with their own account and sees their stops for the day: the address, the access notes, the task and the hours planned. They clock in at the site, and the office sees who is where.
Payments and bank data
Crewkeep moves money through the services built for it and keeps the sensitive parts out of its own hands.
Card payments run through your own Stripe account. Card numbers never touch Crewkeep, and payouts land in your bank on Stripe's schedule.
Bank transactions come in through Plaid with read-only access. Your bank login is entered with Plaid, never with Crewkeep.
Every company's records are separated at the database level with row-level security, so one workspace can never read another.
